Overnight stay at the Ekionkiestha’ National Longhouse. This traditional Iroquois house is made of wood and bark and is heated with three fires. Here you will hear myths and legends that have been passed down for thousands of years as you experience what life was like in this indigenous community.

Day 3: Language and Literature Exploration

Depart the Ekionkiestha’ National Longhouse

Visit Maison de la Littérature, a unique cultural center dedicated to literature and arts. You'll be able to wander the library stacks and write a bit of poetry in a cozy nook at this place where the written word comes to life.

Practice your French language skills while ordering and conversing during a delightful lunch at a local eatery on your own.
