Day 1: Departure

Depart for Dubai, U.A.E. on a night flight.

Day 2: Exploring Old Dubai 

Morning:
Arrive at Dubai International Airport, and transfer to your accommodation where you will meet your Zoni Tour Manager and store your luggage.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at your own expense to give you energy for your Dubai adventure.

Begin your guided city tour at Al Fahidi Historical Neighborhood.

Afternoon:
Enjoy a Cultural Emirati Lunch at the historic district at your own expense.

Visit Dubai Creek for a scenic experience.

Explore the Dubai Museum to learn about the city's rich history.

Evening:
Welcome dinner at a local restaurant.

Check into the hotel for the night.

Day 3: Educational Workshops and Landmarks

Morning:
Enjoy a nutritious breakfast at the hotel to energize for the day's activities.

Engage in a hands-on workshop at The Green Planet, an indoor rainforest bio-dome. Students will learn about the importance of biodiversity and ecosystems through interactive exhibits and expert-led sessions. This educational experience will offer insights into the delicate balance of ecosystems and the role each organism plays.

Afternoon:
Explore the iconic Dubai Mall, one of the largest shopping and entertainment destinations in the world.

Enjoy lunch at the Dubai Mall.

After lunch continue to explore the Dubai Mall.

Visit the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building globally, students will have the opportunity to understand the architectural and engineering marvel behind this iconic structure. Make sure to visit the observation deck for panoramic views of the city.

Evening:
Enjoy a group dinner at a restaurant

Immerse yourselves in the future at the Museum of the Future, a unique institution showcasing innovations and emerging technologies. This visit will expose students to cutting-edge developments in various fields such as artificial intelligence, robotics, and sustainability. Interactive exhibits and demonstrations will make this experience both educational and inspiring.

After the museum visit, return to the hotel for a restful evening.

Day 4: Cultural Exploration and Desert Adventure

Morning:
Begin the day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel.

Explore Alserkal Avenue, a vibrant contemporary arts district that hosts galleries, studios, and creative spaces. Students will have the chance to engage with various art forms, exhibitions, and cultural events.

Afternoon:
Enjoy lunch near the Alskeral Avenue

Depart for the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve

Experience the thrill of sandboarding on the dunes.

Visit the Camel Racetrack where you will gain insights into the traditional sport of camel racing.

Visit the Camel and Gazelle Farm where you will interact with camels and gazelles, learning about their significance in the region's heritage.

Evening:
Enjoy a traditional BBQ dinner in the heart of the desert, surrounded by the beauty of the sand dunes.

Witness the breathtaking sunset over the desert landscape, creating a memorable and picturesque moment.

Gather around a campfire and enjoy the experience of making s'mores.

Return to your hotel for a restful evening.

Day 5: Farewell and Aquatic Wonders

Enjoy a final breakfast at the hotel, savoring the last moments of your stay in Dubai.

Check-out of the hotel.

Yes. All itineraries are fully customizable based upon your desired destination, curriculum requests, and budget needs.

Because we fully customize every itinerary, we can offer tours to any and every age group.

No, Zoni educational tours are not limited to school students alone. They can be arranged for college students, adult learners, faith-based organizations, community-based organizations, language organizations, home-school co-ops, cultural schools/organizations, businesses, or individuals with an interest in acquiring knowledge and exploring new environments.

Absolutely. We cater to various group sizes, including homeschoolers, with fully customizable itineraries.

We require a minimum of ten paying passengers per group. We have no maximum group size.

Planning should begin as soon as possible. International travel is typically planned 12-18 months before departure.

Zoni Educational travel tours have trained Tour Managers and Tour Leaders accompanying the group. For domestic travel there will be one Tour Leader for every 10 students and for international travel, there will be one Tour Leader for every 6 students.

The Tour Leader is a representative from your school. The Tour Manager is affiliated with Zoni Tours and is well versed in the destinations visited.

Yes, for domestic travel we offer one free tour leader per ten paying passengers. For international travel, we offer one free tour leader per six paying passengers.

The itineraries listed on our website include examples of destinations that we travel to, but we are happy to customize a tour of any destination you wish to visit.

While many of our domestic tours are two-night/three-day itineraries, we can customize a tour for any desired length of time.

Your transportation needs will be provided by Zoni Tours, unless otherwise noted in your proposal.

Full names, dates of birth, emergency contacts, dietary restrictions, and any other relevant information needed for your itinerary.

Students and tour leaders will be responsible for securing traveler documents and information. Zoni will keep digital copies of passports and visas for international travel in case of emergency.

All forms are signed at registration along with terms and conditions. Documentation required by your school or organization may vary.

No. Group travel is secured under one booking.

No, seats will be assigned at the time of booking.

While not guaranteed, Zoni Tours will do everything possible to accommodate this request.

Flight changes are available at your own expense, subject to group leaders' approval.

Zoni Tours will accommodate special needs per ADA and section 504. We can secure accommodations in motorcoaches, hotels, and most eateries. However, elements of certain itineraries are not accessible to wheelchairs and other devices. Please make your Educational Group Tour Coordinator aware of any special needs when you begin your travel planning.
