SMS Messaging Overview

Zoni Language Centers INC (“Zoni,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) uses SMS/text messaging to provide important updates about enrollment, scheduling, deadlines, reminders, and student support services.

By opting in, you agree to receive messages under the terms described in this policy.

How You Opt In

You may provide consent to receive SMS/text messages through any of the following approved methods:

• Website Form Submission
  You may opt in through online forms and choose one or both message types:
  • Transactional messages (class reminders, schedule changes, enrollment updates, student services notices).
  • Promotional messages (special offers, discounts, and school promotions). Promotional SMS requires explicit consent via a checkbox or replying YES.
• Verbal or Written Consent
  Consent may be collected during a phone call or through written communication, and is documented as required by carriers.

Message Frequency

• Message frequency varies based on your relationship with Zoni.
• Messages may include enrollment reminders, appointment confirmations, schedules, deadlines, billing updates, and emergency school notices.
• Promotional SMS is only sent if you explicitly agree to receive it.

Message and Data Rates

• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Zoni does not charge fees for SMS messaging.

How to Opt Out

• You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, CANCEL, or END.
• You will receive a confirmation message notifying you that messaging has been stopped.
• To restart messaging at any time, reply START or JOIN.

• Reply HELP to any message for assistance.

Privacy and Data Use

• Zoni never sells, rents, or shares your phone number with third parties for marketing.
• Your number is used solely for school-related communication.

Consent Recordkeeping

• Zoni maintains proof of SMS consent to comply with federal regulations and carrier requirements.
• Records may include consent timestamps, SMS logs, keyword confirmations, and documentation of verbal consent.
• Carriers may request these records for compliance verification.

Eligibility

• You must be the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided.
• You must be at least 13 years old. Students under 18 require parental or guardian consent.

Changes to This Policy

• Zoni may update this SMS messaging policy to comply with federal regulations, CTIA guidelines, or carrier requirements.
