Zoni American High School, LLC (“Zoni,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Florida-registered private high school recognized by the Florida Department of Education. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users and students enrolling in any of our programs including:
- College Prep High School Diploma Program
- Career & Technical High School Diploma Program
- ESOL High School Diploma Program
- Tutoring Services
1. Admissions and Enrollment
All students must submit required documentation within 30 days of enrollment. The system will automatically enroll students in orientation and their first two courses within 24 hours after the 30-day submission window ends. Students may begin coursework before completing documentation.
All transcripts and identity documents are subject to manual review by the admissions team.
2. Tuition and Fees
Tuition varies depending on the chosen diploma program. Payment is required monthly and is automatically withdrawn via the payment method on file. The student or guardian agrees to keep payment information updated at all times.
Tuition Refund Policy:
- Individual courses are refundable only if there is no student-teacher interaction or activity logged.
- Full program refunds follow the specific refund terms outlined in the Enrollment Agreement.
3. Tutoring Services
Students enrolled in any diploma program are eligible for unlimited tutoring services, defined as one 20-minute session per day, scheduled 24 hours in advance. Tutoring is provided online only.
4. FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act)
In compliance with FERPA, Zoni protects the privacy of student education records. Students and authorized guardians may request to inspect or amend records by emailing:

5. ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act)
Zoni complies with the ADA and provides reasonable accommodations to qualified students with disabilities. Requests for accommodations should be submitted through our student services department with appropriate documentation.
6. COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act)
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verified parental consent. Guardians must authorize and monitor all activity for students under the age of 13.
7. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
By enrolling in any Zoni program, students and their legal guardians agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. This includes, but is not limited to, disputes arising from enrollment, program services, and fees.

8. Program Modifications
Zoni reserves the right to modify course offerings, academic calendars, or tuition rates at any time. Enrolled students will be notified of material changes in advance when possible.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All legal matters will be handled within Florida’s jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed upon in arbitration.
