Full job description: HR Recruiting Specialist

Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Specialist brings a disciplined approach to their work, enjoys and works as a supportive team member in a team-based environment as part of a broader HR function. Recruiting Specialist has experience delivering results through professional recruitment, great customer service, ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization.

Key tasks and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers
Full-cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring
Ability to guide candidates through a successful interview process, including prep and feedback, further negotiations with the job offer if needed
Responsible for recruiting personnel primarily: ESL faculty for online and in-person schools
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
Interview candidates via phone and video, screen resumes, and application forms based on essential criteria
Onboard new hires to become fully integrated with the organization
Support the Vice President for Human Resources to achieve outcomes aligned with larger companywide goals
Perform administrative duties of the Human Resources Department


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong communication skills
  • At least 4-5 years of recruitment experience
    Education industry (highly preferred)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to relate to diverse population
    Experience working with international students or clients
  • Highly flexible and collaborative working extensively with other teams
