Full job description: Bilingual Client Service Associate

Zoni’s Student Service Representatives are multilingual experts providing excellent service to our students, administrative support to our offices, providing information and responding to inquiries from students, teachers, staff, and visitors. They register and enroll prospective students working collaboratively with various teams within the organization.

Educational Counseling: Provide counseling services and detailed information about educational opportunities in the United States, assisting students and their families with application processes, and actively participating in events, exhibitions, and promotions
Lead Management: Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize application submissions and completions through effective cross-selling of Zoni’s services from registration to graduation
Event Coordination: Manage in-house interview sessions allowing students to meet directly with institutional representatives and submit applications on-site
Data Management: Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and competency using CRM systems to manage student cases and maintain accurate data management
Customer Interaction: Respond to student inquiries via face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and emails promptly and professionally
Visa and Program Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of student visa conditions and client program processes

In-person

Language proficiency in both Thai and English
Sales
Proficiency in computer skills and experience with CRM platforms
Familiarity with the U.S. education system and Zoni’s educational offerings
Minimum of one year experience in a sales role related to study/work abroad programs
Efficient with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite applications
Strong customer service background
You will be interacting with our customers.
Bachelor’s degree in any field (International Education background preferred but not mandatory)
