Why English for AI Matters

AI is already changing the world. The question is:

Are our students ready?

Today, people can use AI to:

  • Study
  • Write
  • Organize information
  • Create websites
  • Prepare presentations
  • Analyze documents
  • Create images
  • Solve problems faster

But to use AI well, students need clear English, good instructions, and safe habits.

What Students Will Learn

In this course, students learn how to use different AI models, including:

  • ChatGPT
  • Claude
  • Gemini

Students learn that AI is not only for simple questions. AI can help people analyze a book, review a financial report, compare ideas, summarize information, create posters, design flyers, make social media images, and even study probabilities, such as sports predictions or team records.

The ZONI CLEAR Method

Students also learn how to write better prompts using the ZONI CLEAR method.

They learn how to:

  • C: Give context
  • L: Set limits
  • E: Choose a example format
  • A: Ask clearly
  • R: Review the answer

This is important because AI can make mistakes. Sometimes AI sounds correct, but the answer may be incomplete, too strong, confusing, or not what the person really wanted to say.

For example, a person may ask AI to improve a message in English. If the instructions are not clear, AI may use words that create a misunderstanding. This is why students must learn how to control the message, check the answer, and make sure the final result says exactly what they mean.

Privacy and Safety

Students also learn privacy and safety. They learn not to share:

  • Passwords
  • Private documents
  • Personal information

They also learn how to check privacy settings and decide if they want to allow AI platforms to use their information to improve or train other models.

Practice With Real Examples

In class, students practice with:

  • Prompts
  • Images
  • Posters
  • Writing
  • Real-life examples

They compare answers and learn why one prompt works better than another.

Students can also learn how to set instructions for AI, such as asking the model not to simply agree with them, but to give honest, clear, and useful feedback.

These activities help students improve:

  • English
  • Critical thinking
  • Digital responsibility
  • Confidence

Available Now

This course is now available at Zoni West New York and through Zoni Live online, with plans to expand soon to other campuses.

Preparing for the Future

In the 1990s, the internet changed education, business, and communication. Some people were ready, and others fell behind.

Today, AI is a similar opportunity.

At Zoni, we want our students to be ready, informed, and confident so they can lead the future instead of fear it.
