Contact the school(s) you attended previously to inquire about any fees associated with sending transcripts. If applicable, include the fee with this request.

Forward this form via mail, fax, or email to the school from which you wish to have transcripts sent. If you have attended 3 multiple high schools, feel free to duplicate this form as required.

Academic Records or Transcript Request Process for Our Alumni and Students not Currently Enrolled

Official Transcripts

Zoni American High School has collaborated with Parchment to offer alumni students the convenience of ordering official high school transcripts through an online platform. This secure and confidential service allows you to send transcripts 24/7 to any college, university, company, or institution of your choice. To place an order, create an account, select your high school, and follow the provided prompts. A fee of $5.00 per request applies. You can monitor the status of your request by logging into Parchment, and you will receive notifications when the transcript is delivered. If sent by mail, Parchment provides a USPS or FedEx tracking number for added assurance of delivery.

Unofficial Transcripts

For current students, reach out to our High School Student Services Department to learn more about obtaining a copy of your transcript. Additionally, you can access your Zoni Portal to print an unofficial copy.
