I give permission to Zoni Language Centers, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensees, and assigns ("Zoni") to photograph, video record, and/or audio record me.
I authorize Zoni to use my name, image, likeness, voice, photograph, video, and/or audio recording for promotional, educational, informational, advertising, commercial, social media, website, publication, training, and other business-related purposes, in any format or media now known or later developed.
I understand and agree that Zoni may edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, and use the media without needing further approval from me. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials and waive any right to payment, royalties, or other compensation.
I release Zoni from claims related to the authorized use of my name, image, likeness, voice, photograph, video, and/or audio recording, including claims for privacy, publicity, defamation, copyright, or other related claims.
By signing below, I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older, I have read and understood this release, and I voluntarily agree to it.
