• Respond to all inquiries (i.e., leads) about Zoni products to all prospective students by phone, email, and mail
• Interview, qualify, and enroll students for our English and specialized programs
• Reach goals and objectives for student enrollment criteria
• Provide superior customer service
• Assist students in applying for the F1 visa
• Provide support to any Zoni student
• Translation from English to Thai regarding marketing campaigns
• Recordings for TikTok campaigns
