What is AutoPay?
AutoPay is a service that allows you to set up recurring payments for your tuition, study material fees and other charges applicable. We will automatically withdraw the amount of each period according to your payment plan (full or weekly) using your preferred payment method (debit or credit card).
What are the benefits of using AutoPay?
Never worry about missing a payment or incurring late fee. Simply select a payment method of your choice and let AutoPay handle your payments moving forward.
Eligibility
To be eligible each period, you must meet the following requirements:
1. Sign up on AutoPay.
2. Have all payments up to date.
Payment schedule
Payments are withdrawn approximately two days before your due date.
How do I sign up for AutoPay?
On the AutoPay landing page:
Add your personal information, amount, payment Cycle (Full or Weekly) and credit or debit card information.
Click Agree and submit to accept the terms and conditions and complete set up.
Unprocessed payments
You’ll be notified by email if AutoPay is rejected or you have an unprocessed payment. Another card account or payment method will be required immediately.
How do I cancel AutoPay?
You can cancel the recurring payments by emailing autopay@zoni.edu no later than 10 business days before your next payment is due. After terminating your authorization, you will be responsible for scheduling payments for subsequent charges.
Note: Making a payment on the same day that AutoPay is schedule to process can result in duplicate payments.
Foreign debit cards can’t be used for AutoPay.
Changes on Tuition Prices
You will receive a notification from Zoni any time about a change of tuition prices.  If you don’t agree to this price change, you can send an email to cancel autopay@zoni.edu and follow the cancellation procedures.  If an email is not received it will consider that you agree about this change and the system will apply all the changes to your account.
